Typical complete collection of scientific material during springtime sampled from Greek endemic populations of Tulipa orphanidea (endangered and protected by the Greek Presidential Decree 67/1981) in mountainous Arcadia (April 2021)
Collected individuals (collection with special permission) placed in situ in square pots for ex situ conservation at the Institute of Plant Breeding and Phytogenetic Resources of the Hellenic Agricultural Organization Dimitra, together with samples of mycorrhiza (plastic containers with lids), soil sample (plastic bag) and sample of leaves for leaf diagnostics (paper bag) for analyses at the Soil Laboratory of the Department of Agriculture, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece
